Firework poems

We've been busy celebrating Halloween and then Bonfire night. We all enjoyed dressing up for Halloween and going trick or treating. We also enjoyed going to see the fireworks displays to celebrate Guy Fawkes night. We wrote some firework poems and we're busy typing them up to post on our blog.

Isle of tune and Music

We loved Music and Ict yesterday!
We made sound maps and sound effects for the Burglar Bill story. Then we went in the ICT suite and made music on the Isle of Tune. You can have a go on http://isleoftune.com

Burglar Bill

We are reading Burglar Bill by Allan Ahlberg. Burglar Betty burgled our classroom and stole our special rewards box! We had to solve the clues to find out who did it. We measured footprints and solved other clues then wrote a police report. It was great fun!
We have been writing to Burglar Bill and even had to help him design a magnetic rod to help him steal Y4's treasure!

We work hard to improve our work. We have Art club and Glee club. We give our teachers 'five'.

We have wild rabbits running in our outdoor classroom. We have pumpkins growing in our garden and sunflowers.

We have a fish in our classroom. We have been growing lots of vegetables.

We eat pasta for dinner. We are growing pupkins, tomatoes and flowers in our garden. We have lots of books in our classroom.

We have something called 'Beat the Bell.' We have to be in at a certain time or we get a late mark.
